2. Date of event

3. City where event will take place

4. List of item(s) you want to rent

5. If you will be picking up or a delivery

With all rentals there is a security deposit of $40.00, which is refunded

once things are returned and accounted for .

Accepted forms of payment : Cash or By card (3% cc fee will apply )

* We do also accept checks but we will need it at least 5 days prior to event.

(two) checks will need to be written one for the rental and one for the

security deposit *
